Egg Diet, reviews about it
The egg diet is actually analogous to a sanatorium diet, it lasts 4 weeks - 28 days. The menu is scheduled for every day of the course.
Diet egg menu
- Breakfast for the first and second weeks is the same - half of the citrus of an orange or grapefruit and one or a couple of boiled eggs.
- 1 day - for lunch fruit, only one type, but inunlimited quantities. For dinner, low-fat meat, boiled, fried or steamed, as a variant of minced meat - beefsteak or little bits. Better if it's beef, veal or low-fat pork.
- Day 2 - for lunch chicken, boiled or fried. For dinner, a couple of boiled eggs, a salad of fresh vegetables, a toast or quarter of a flat cake and one grapefruit or orange.
- Day 3 - for lunch, any non-fat cheese in unlimited quantities, toast and fresh tomatoes. For dinner only meat.
- Day 4 - for lunch, any type of fruit in unlimited quantities, for dinner, meat and a salad of fresh vegetables.
- 5 day - for lunch a couple of boiled eggs and boiled vegetables (peas, beans, carrots or zucchini). For dinner, fish with a salad of fresh vegetables and one whole grapefruit or orange.
- 6 day - for lunch fruit of any kind in unlimited quantities, for dinner meat with salad from fresh vegetables.
- 7 day - for lunch chicken meat with boiled vegetables and tomatoes and one orange or grapefruit, for dinner only boiled vegetables.
- Day 8 - for lunch, meat with a salad of fresh vegetables, salad for dinner, 2 boiled eggs and a whole grapefruit or orange.
- 9 day - for lunch meat with salad from fresh vegetables, for dinner 2 boiled eggs and whole grapefruit or orange.
- 10 day - for lunch meat with fresh cucumbers, for dinner 2 boiled eggs and whole grapefruit or orange.
- 11 day - for lunch, cheese in unlimited quantities (any white feta, Adyghe, and brynza), 2 boiled eggs and boiled vegetables. For dinner, only 2 eggs.
- 12 day - for lunch only fish without garnish, for dinner 2 boiled eggs.
- 13 day - lunch meat with fresh tomatoes and an orange or grapefruit. For dinner, a mixture of different fresh fruits.
- Day 14 - for lunch, chicken fillet with boiled vegetables and fresh tomatoes, one orange or grapefruit. At dinner everything is the same.
- Day 15 - throughout the day you can eat any fruit in unlimited quantities when you want. In addition to bananas, dates, figs, mangoes and grapes.
- Day 16 - throughout the day, boiled vegetables and salads of fresh vegetables, except potatoes.
- Day 17 - throughout the day to choose from either fruit or boiled vegetables and salads in any quantities.
- Day 18 - fish in any quantity with a green salad or cabbage and boiled vegetables.
- Day 19 - at any time in any volume, meat or chicken, with boiled vegetables.
- 20 and 21 days, one kind of fruit per day.
- In the last week, the egg diet consists of a list of products that are distributed per day, in strict quantities, but at any convenient time.
- Day 22 - 4 slices of meat or a quarter of boiled chicken (skinless), 4 cucumbers and 3 tomatoes, 1 tuna can in its own juice, one toast and one citrus.
- Day 23 - 2 slices of meat (up to 200 grams), 4 cucumbers and 3 tomatoes, toast, apple or pear or citrus, or a slice of melon.
- 24 day - one spoonful of cottage cheese or white cheese, a little boiled vegetables, 2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes, toast and citrus.
- Day 25 - half a hen without skin, 3 tomatoes and 1 cucumber, toast and citrus, and one kind of fruit.
- 26 day - 2 eggs, salad from fresh vegetables, 3 tomatoes and one citrus.
- 27 day - half of boiled chicken breast, 100 grams of cottage cheese or brynza, toast, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, curdled milk and one citrus.
- 28 day - one spoonful of cottage cheese, a can of tuna in its own juice, a few boiled vegetables, 2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes, toast and citrus.
Diet egg reviews get quite good. More intensive weight loss occurs in the first and last weeks, so if there is no weight change between them, do not worry. On average, such a diet allows you to lose from 10 to 25 kg depending on your body. At the same time, there are no complaints about poor health, but some types of food are boring.
