How to cook canned food?

  • sunflower oil - 5 ml;

The process of preparing canned fish consists of these stages:

  1. Take the onions, peel and finely chop. Carrots are washed and grated, and chop the tomatoes with a blender.
  2. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the multivark. Fry onions in the "Baking" mode, and then add the carrots to it.
  3. Wash fish, clean and cut into small portions. Lay it on a layer of onions and carrots, then pour in tomato, salt and pepper.

How to prepare a salad of canned vegetables

Prepare a salad of canned food will help this recipe. It provides the following ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 3 pieces;
  • rice - 100 g;
  • cucumbers (fresh or salted) - 3 pcs .;
  • green peas (canned) - 1 pot;
  • onions and dill - 1 bunch;
  • sweet corn (canned) - 1 pot;
  • mayonnaise - 8 tbsp. l .;
  • conserves - 200 g.

Prepared a salad of canned food in this way:

  1. Rice boil until cooked, greens and vegetables wash and cut into small pieces. All this is transferred to a bowl and mix.
  2. Open the peas and corn. Drain the water from them, and then transfer them to a bowl to chopped vegetables and greens.
  3. Open the canned fish. With a fork, slide it out. Then transfer to the main ingredients, and then add there chopped boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Stir everything and serve the prepared salad to the table.
