The first way
In order to see the temperature valuesall components of the system, run the application. The tree menu will be located in the left part of the window that opens. Click on the "+" sign next to the "Computer" submenu. Select the "Sensor" item in the drop-down list. Now look at the right side of the dividing line. Here you can see two fields. The name of the first one is "Field". Under this label are listed all the devices of the computer. The second is "Meaning". Can indicate the temperature, the voltage applied to a particular component or the speed of rotation of the cooler.
The first method does not always work, becausethat the program for checking the temperature of the processor and video card will show the user the values received from the sensors at a given time. The construction of graphs in this mode is not available. Also for monitoring it is necessary to switch from other applications to AIDA64, which undoubtedly will relieve most of the "hardware", and this, in turn, will reduce power consumption, and as a result - heat emission.

HWMonitor is much simpler than AIDA64. There is nothing superfluous in it. Its main difference is not only in this, but also in the fact that this tool is absolutely free, although it is less functional.
Installing the utility takes less than a minute. After launching the program to check the temperature of the processor immediately opens its main and single window, in which there are no additional tabs. All content is divided into four columns:
- Sensor - indication of the sensor from which the readings are taken.
- Value - the value at the present time. Depending on the sensor, the temperature, frequency, voltage and RPM can be specified (for fans with a built-in tachometer).
- Min is the minimum value seen.
- Max - the maximum figures of the indicators.
What should be the temperature values?
The computer today is a very powerful toollogical and mathematical information processing. Exceeding a certain threshold can lead to a decrease in the overall performance of the PC, and may completely disable the device. When a program is selected and opened to check the temperature of the processor, Windows 7 seconds after a second sends the user new data, but what exactly are the values of the system's devices, so that they continue to function at their maximum without fail?
I must say that here users are divided into two camps - some prefer to focus on general recommendations, the second - to the critical values that the manufacturer has established.
For the CPU, it is recommended that the temperature be 45-50 degrees in idle and up to 65 at load. For a video card - up to 55 and up to 80, respectively.
The manufacturer, however, can set a critical temperature for these individual models above these recommendations. For example, some models of AMD video cards can work stably and at 90 degrees.
It is better to focus on something secondary. If the program to check the temperature of the notebook processor shows values that are higher than recommended, it is not necessary to change the thermal paste or cooling system urgently, it is quite possible that this behavior is normal for your device. Just do not be lazy to look at the manufacturer's website.
