Fry the bacon in a frying pan with a minimal amount of butter, add half a cup of finely chopped walnuts, a teaspoon of lemon zest, a pinch of nutmeg, three tablespoons of honey and a mint of ground cardamom. Warm this mixture for three minutes and stuff it with pre-prepared apples. Bake them in the oven at an average temperature of about half an hour.

If your harvest of apples is so great that you do not have time to eat it in any forms, prepare for the winter delicious apple juice, which tastes much better than all shop samples.

How to make juice from apples

Wash and sort all apples thoroughly. For slightly spoiled fruit, remove all damaged areas. Cut the apples into four pieces and take a seed box out of them.
